We ship orders within 24 hours of order Monday - Saturday, as long as it does NOT have any "coming soon" items included. Once your order has been shipped, an email is sent with your tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive it in your main email inbox.
Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order. We ship packages to the address on the order. If your order is returned due to an erroneous address, the customer is responsible for additional postage to have it shipped to a new address. Please note, we are not responsible for packages stolen from your home or out of your mailbox.
All sales are final. If an item arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Customers will receive a replacement for the broken item or a store credit.
